The Learning framework for the first domain, “Industrial Engineering and Management”, is defined on the two topics: “Industrial Engineering” and “Business Management”. Seven Skill Sets (SkS) are defined:

- SkS-D1-2: Agile Manufacturing System
- SkS-D1-3: Quality System 4.0
- SkS-D1-4: Intelligence Quantitative Analysis
- SkS-D1-5: Organizational Transformation;
- SkS-D1-6: Digital Strategic Management;
- SkS-D1-7: Business Revolution for Industry 4.0.
